Circle is seeking an experienced transactional attorney to join the Transactions team within Circle’s Legal department. The role focuses on Corporate Development and Ventures, including M&A and strategic investments, as well as Financial Partnerships with banks and other institutions.

The attorney will lead transactions end-to-end, collaborate with Business Development, Product, and outside counsel, and drive AI-enabled workflows while upholding integrity, confidentiality, and legal risk

Qualifications

• J.D. or foreign equivalent and bar admission in good standing.
• 7+ years of transactional legal experience at top firms or in-house.
• Substantial M&A and corporate/financial services experience.
• Strong written/verbal communication and project management.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled legal workflows and risk controls.

Responsabilités

• Lead transactions from inception to signing, closing, and integration.
• Advise on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships.
• Structure and negotiate agreements with banks and financial institutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and outside counsel.
• Design and scale AI-enabled workflows for the Transactions team.
• Ensure privilege, confidentiality, and compliance in all outputs.
