Eaton's Corporate Sector seeks a Principal Transactional Excellence Leader for the Eaton Transaction System (ETS). This founding, enterprise-level role drives process excellence, analytics, and AI-enabled transformation across SG&A and transactional functions.

You will lead end-to-end improvements across value streams, apply Lean Six Sigma, and establish enterprise standards. As a founding ETS Office member, you will mentor teams and measure business impact in cost, speed, and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with coaching experience.
• Minimum 10 years leading process improvement/transformation.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end process improvements across corporate and transactional functions.
• Use observation, process mining, and data analysis to identify waste and inefficiency.
• Establish measurement baselines and governance for sustainability.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to redesign workflows and improve performance.
• Coach leaders and teams in continuous improvement and capability building.
