Job summary

Eaton's Corporate Sector seeks a Principal Transactional Excellence Leader for the Eaton Transaction System (ETS). This founding, enterprise-level role focuses on extending the Eaton Business System's rigor into SG&A and transactional functions via process excellence, process intelligence, and AI-enabled transformation.

The role is hands-on, observing how work happens, redesigning workflows with stakeholders, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification with coaching experience.
Minimum 10 years of experience in process improvement/transformation.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across corporate functions.
Assess current-state processes using observation, data analysis and process mining.
Establish process visibility, baselines and performance metrics.
Drive root-cause resolution by improving upstream conditions.
Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve workflows.
Partner with process owners and Solution Architecture to align process, technology, and systems.
Quantify business impact in cost, quality, speed, risk and productivity.
Coach leaders and teams in continuous improvement disciplines.
