Eaton is seeking a Principal Transactional Excellence Leader for the Eaton Transaction System (ETS). This founding, enterprise-level role drives process excellence across SG&A and transactional functions, leveraging process mining, analytics, and AI-enabled workflows while partnering with Architecture for technical solutions.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end improvements, observing real work, redesigning workflows with stakeholders, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience leading process improvement or business transformation.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across corporate and transactional functions.
• Assess current-state processes using observation, process mining, and data analysis to identify waste and ineffective handoffs.
• Establish process visibility and performance baselines; drive root-cause resolution and sustainable controls.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC/DFSS) methodologies to improve transactional workflows.
• Partner with process owners and Solution Architecture to align process and technology.
