Job summary

Eaton's Corporate Sector seeks a Principal Transactional Excellence Leader for the Eaton Transaction System (ETS). This founding, enterprise-level role will drive end-to-end process improvements across P2P, Q2C, R2R, and more, partnering with business stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will blend Lean design with AI-enabled automation, establish enterprise standards, and lead capability building while guiding senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience leading process improvement and/or business transformation initiatives.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across corporate and transactional functions, from problem identification through sustained results.
• Assess current-state processes to identify waste, variation, rework, and ineffective handoffs using observation, stakeholder engagement, process mining, and data analysis.
• Establish process visibility, measurement integrity, and performance baselines; drive root-cause resolution and sustainable controls.
