Job summary

Eaton's Corporate Sector seeks a Principal Transactional Excellence Leader for the Eaton Transaction System (ETS). This founding, enterprise-level role drives process excellence across SG&A and transactional functions, blending Lean design with AI-enabled automation.

You will observe, redesign, and implement end-to-end workflows with stakeholders, measure outcomes, and foster standards across value streams, including P2P, Q2C, R2R, and H2R.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years of experience leading process improvement and/or business transformation initiatives.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification preferred with coaching experience.
• Experience applying DMAIC/DFSS to transactional workflows with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across transactional functions from problem identification to sustained results.
• Assess current-state processes using observation, stakeholder engagement, process mining, and data analysis.
• Establish process visibility, measurement baselines, and governance.
• Drive root-cause resolution and prevent downstream symptoms through upstream improvements.
• Partner with process owners and Solution Architecture to align process, tech, and system capabilities.
