Job summary

Optomi, in partnership with a leading entertainment and media organization, is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to support transactional messaging across high-volume customer communications. The role requires hands-on HTML email development, template scripting, dynamic data, and QA.

You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, Data, and other cross-functional teams to translate designs into production-ready email code, troubleshoot rendering issues across environments,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing operations, analytics or equivalent
• 3+ years working in or managing agile teams
• Applied coding of template scripting languages (Liquid, Handlebars)
• Expert knowledge of messaging best practices (email, push, in-app)
• Experience running experiments to minimize bias in design
• Certifications in messaging platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe)
• Working knowledge of SQL

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain transactional emails using HTML
• Perform quality assurance, testing, and deployment of transactional emails
• Work with data and platform teams to support dynamic data integrations
• Support billing, compliance, purchase confirmations, and other transactional communications
• Partner with product managers on new email requests and enhancements
• Assist with migration of transactional emails between platforms
• Support redesigns and implementation of a new modular framework for transactional emails
