Winona is a leading telemedicine company focusing on HRT for menopause. We are hiring an Email Marketing Developer to build, test, and maintain high‑performing, responsive email templates in Iterable, blending strategy with technical execution.

You will create scalable templating systems, resolve rendering issues across Apple Mail, Gmail, and Outlook, and collaborate with design and marketing to ship consistent campaigns while ensuring accessibility and fast loading times.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on technical email development and marketing operations.
• Proven ability to hand-code responsive HTML emails and direct mail templates.
• Experience with Iterable or similar ESP (Braze, Klaviyo, SFMC).
• Proven track record of modular, reusable email templates across campaigns.
• Knowledge of cross-client rendering, dark mode optimization, and WCAG accessibility.
• Familiar with Make and Zapier for automation and API/webhook integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain responsive, accessible email templates in Iterable; blend drag-and-drop with hand-coded HTML/CSS.
• Develop HTML templating for direct mailers (letters, postcards) as part of brand redesign.
• Create reusable templating systems and components to speed campaign delivery.
• Optimize emails for fast load speed with image compression and lightweight CSS.
• Audit, QA HTML email code to ensure rendering accuracy across clients.
• Test campaigns across Apple Mail, Gmail, and Outlook; ensure dark mode and mobile friendliness.
