Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing operations, analytics, or equivalent roles.
• 3+ years working in and/or managing agile teams.
• Applied coding of template scripting languages (e.g. liquid, handlebars).
• Expert knowledge of messaging best practices (email, push, in-app).
• Experience conducting experiments to minimize bias in design.
• Strong writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain transactional emails using HTML.
• Perform quality assurance, testing, and deployment of transactional emails.
• Work with data and platform teams on dynamic data integrations.
• Support billing, compliance, and other customer-facing communications.
• Collaborate with product managers on new email requests.
• Assist with migrating transactional emails from Salesforce to UMP.
• Support redesigns and a modular framework for transactional emails.
