Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field is required.
• 2–4 years of accounting, audit, or transaction advisory experience.
• CPA designation or actively pursuing CPA certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statement analysis.
• Exposure to financial due diligence, M&A, or transaction advisory services.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to present insights clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence engagements for private equity and strategic buyers.
• Analyze target company financials, identify risks and value drivers, and translate data into insights.
• Participate in buy-side and sell-side due diligence across industries.
• Analyze historical financial statements, earnings quality, working capital, and cash flow trends.
• Prepare quality of earnings analyses, financial models, and client-ready reports.
• Manage day-to-day execution of engagements, including timelines and information flows.
• Collaborate with internal teams for an integrated transaction advisory approach.
• Be client-focused and team-oriented to add value and drive meaningful change.
