Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Senior Consultant to support our Transaction Services practice within Financial Advisory. You will deliver due diligence and transaction advisory services to clients, spanning private equity, banks, and corporate clients.

The role involves data gathering, financial analysis, and market research to generate data-driven insights across diverse industries. A CPA or progress toward one, plus 3+ years of relevant experience, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA designation preferred.
• 3+ years of relative experience, ideally in a mid to large professional services firm.
• 2+ years in transaction services / due diligence preferred.
• Professional designations (CFE, CFA) or candidacy and/or advanced degree a plus.
• Strong organization, multitasking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Partners on client and engagement management.
• Data gathering, document review and quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for buy-side, sell-side and corporate finance.
• Communicate with clients to ensure exceptional service.
• Participate in marketing and recruiting activities.
