Job summary

UHY-US in New York is seeking a Transaction Services Manager to lead financial due diligence and M&A advisory engagements for private equity firms, corporate clients, and investment banks. This is a fast-paced role designed for professionals who excel at analyzing financial statements, identifying deal risks, and delivering actionable insights to support successful transactions.

You will manage both buy-side and sell-side engagements, assess QoE, working capital adjustments, and cash flow

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized program.
• 4–6+ years of audit, corporate finance, or transaction advisory experience.
• CPA designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for M&A transactions
• Assess QoE, working capital adjustments, and cash flow trends to evaluate deal risks
• Analyze financial statements, revenue models, and business operations to identify red flags
• Lead the preparation of financial reports, executive summaries, and transaction insights
• Develop and review financial models, valuation assessments, and sensitivity analyses
• Serve as primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and advisory support
• Collaborate with investment bankers, private equity, and corporate executives to structure deals
• Train, mentor, and supervise junior professionals
• Support post-transaction integration by analyzing financial structures and deal synergies
