Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Communications, Business or related disciplines; substitution allowed.
• 4 years training, adult education or staff development activities.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience planning and coordinating workshops and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Instructs, plans, develops, coordinates, delivers and evaluates department training classes or programs.
• Partners with cross-functional teams to design learning solutions that support business goals.
• Manages relationships with external vendors to procure, coordinate, and evaluate training services and resources.
• Travels to administer/perform training functions and supports staff development projects.
