Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; 5 years of related experience; coursework in instructional analysis, design, development, delivery and testing.
• Familiarity with DOE Order 426.2 and its application.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct education training and development programs.
• Identify training needs with functional teams and develop curricula.
• Design and implement effective training methods to improve knowledge and skills for DOE site staff.
• Create lesson plans and coordinate testing and evaluations of trainee performance.
• Ensure materials stay aligned with policy, procedures, and DOE requirements.
• Collaborate with trainers and writers to maintain training content.
