Job summary

Advanced Technologies and Laboratories (ATL), a Planned Systems International (PSI) company, is seeking a Training Specialist III in Richland, WA to support Navarro-ATL and the 222-S Laboratory Complex for the Department of Energy.

You will develop training materials using ADDIE, design curricula, coordinate needs analyses, deliver sessions, and evaluate learner performance to ensure safety and proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5 years of related experience, or education-focused coursework if not in Training/Education.
• Familiarity with DOE Order 426.2 is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and instructional technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and revise training materials for 222-S Lab positions.
• Coordinate needs analysis and job/tasks analysis for training development.
• Develop training programs and task-to-training matrices.
• Create lesson plans enabling trainees to meet objectives.
