Job summary

Advanced Technologies and Laboratories International, Inc. (ATL), a Planned Systems International company, seeks a Training Specialist Sr in Richland, WA to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training for 222-S Lab staff.

You will partner with functional units to identify needs, create materials, and implement effective curricula ensuring safe performance. The role emphasizes adapting training to evolving DOE requirements, evaluating outcomes, and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8 years of experience and coursework in instructional design, development, delivery and evaluation.
• Familiarity with DOE Order 426.2 and training program development standards.
• Proficiency in assessing training effectiveness and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct education training and development programs for 222-S Lab staff.
• Identify training needs, develop materials, and align curricula with procedures.
• Design, develop, coordinate, and implement effective training methods and curricula.
• Ensure OJT/OJE requirements are met and assess trainee performance.
• Maintain up-to-date training content with policy and procedure changes.
