You will design curricula, assess trainee performance, and ensure alignment with DOE Order 426.2. Collaboration with subject matter experts and on-the-job trainers is essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5 years of related experience.
• Courses in education or training focusing on instructional analysis, design, development, and testing.
• Familiarity with DOE Order 426.2.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and conduct education training and development programs.
• Identify training needs and prepare materials; develop course content.
• Design and implement curricula to ensure safety and proficiency.
• Develop training materials for 222-S Lab using ADDIE model and DOE requirements.
• Coordinate needs analysis and job/task analysis in training development.
• Develop lesson plans and enable trainees to meet objectives.
• Work with on-the-job trainers to meet OJT/OJE requirements.
• Validate and assess exam questions; update materials as policies change.
• Interface with Procedure Writers to align procedures and training materials.
