Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of related experience.
• Familiarity with DOE Order 426.2.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct education training and development programs.
• Design and develop curricula to provide technical knowledge.
• Develop lesson plans and oversee OJT/OJE requirements.
• Validate and revise training materials as policies change.
• Interface with Procedure Writers to align training content.
