Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale organizational change, implementation and training efforts.
• Ability to develop and implement project training and communication plans.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support for the Child Support Modernization Project, overseeing training progress and day-to-day activities.
• Confirm development of training materials and provide feedback on materials for staff use of the new system.
• Work with Organizational Change Manager, PM, DDI Training team, and State leadership to ensure training communications are completed and stakeholders informed of tasks.
• Coordinate, plan, and facilitate meetings between project teams and end users to prepare for training delivery.
• Provide regular updates and status reports on training efforts to the Organizational Change Manager.
