Job summary

Pendo is seeking a Sr. Program Manager for Mind the Product Training in the United States.

You will design and deliver customer training programs aligned to goals, partnering with the Director, trainers, and clients to shape engagements and ensure high-quality experiences. You will oversee program operations from onboarding to post-engagement feedback, manage trainer selection, measure outcomes, and build scalable processes to improve delivery and expand the contributor network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, program management, or customer-facing SaaS roles.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Ability to turn customer needs into actionable plans.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building scalable processes.
• Clear written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Experience working across Sales, Marketing, CS, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Assess inbound opportunities and shape program approaches.
• Coordinate onboarding, scheduling, and trainer selection for engagements.
• Manage pre-training communications and attendee logistics.
• Collect post-class feedback and generate reports with insights.
• Design pre- and post-course experiences to boost learning.
• Develop repeatable processes to scale Mind the Product offerings.
• Develop and coordinate the contributor network and enablement.
• Track metrics and use AI-driven workflows to improve outcomes.
