Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, program management or SaaS enablement
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to translate customer needs into practical solutions and executable plans
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building new processes
• Strong written and verbal communication across stakeholders
• Experience cross-functional with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success

Responsibilities

• Qualification of inbound training opportunities and shaping program approaches
• Coordinate onboarding, schedule sessions, and manage delivery steps
• Manage pre-training communications and attendee lists
• Collect feedback and generate client reports with takeaways and metrics
• Design and manage pre- and post-course experience to drive learning
• Identify opportunities to improve systems and scale operations
• Develop contributor network and onboarding/enabling processes
• Track key operational metrics and leverage AI-enabled workflows
