Job summary

Pendo is seeking a Sr. Program Manager for Mind the Product Training in the United States.

You will design and deliver customer training programs that are well-scoped, operationally strong, and aligned to customer goals, partnering with the Director of Mind the Product, trainers, advisors, and customers to shape solutions and ensure a high-quality experience. Day-to-day includes onboarding and scheduling, trainer selection, pre- and post-training touchpoints, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, professional services, enablement, or a similar customer-facing SaaS environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to translate customer needs into practical solutions and executable plans that balance customer outcomes, business goals, and delivery realities.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity, identifying operational gaps, and building new processes that improve execution and scale.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate clearly across customers, trainers, advisors, and internal stakeholders.
• Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Assess inbound training opportunities with leadership and shape program approaches to address customer challenges.
• Coordinate onboarding, session scheduling, and delivery, selecting trainers based on client needs.
• Manage pre-training communications, attendee lists, and distribution of pre-class materials.
• Collect feedback and generate client reports summarizing takeaways, metrics, and improvement opportunities.
• Design pre- and post-course experiences to drive continuous learning and engagement.
• Define repeatable processes to scale Mind the Product while maintaining strong customer experiences.
• Develop the contributor network by identifying gaps and coordinating onboarding and enablement.
• Track key metrics and use data/AI-enabled workflows to improve productivity and outcomes.
