Job summary

Gainwell Technologies in the United States is seeking a Senior Professional Trainer to advance training across management and professional development, delivering on-site and virtual programs. This full-time role supports our health and wellbeing mission and offers remote work options from home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, education, human resources or related field.
• Six (6) years or more of experience as a corporate trainer or facilitator.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to use various training technologies effectively.
• Experience with adult learning principles and learner engagement techniques.
• Demonstrable Instructional design methodologies and software with experience in training transformation project(s) or system implementation launches preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts advanced level training courses, both on-site and virtual, for management and professional development to include lectures, web-based programs and hands-on sessions.
• Designs and develops professional, management and/or non-technical skills training programs and curriculums, both on-site and virtual, for employees.
• Prepares lesson plans including developing and preparing training materials such as manuals, handouts, instructor guides and audiovisuals.
• Works with training management and business units to conduct needs assessments to ensure training needs are met.
• Gathers, reviews and analyzes course evaluations to determine effectiveness of training sessions.
• Reviews external training programs to determine feasibility of purchase as requested.
• Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure training materials are effective and user-friendly.
