Job summary

Contact Government Services, LLC is seeking a Program Manager/Training Lead to design, develop, and deliver training for internal and external audiences for a government client. You will lead the creation of curricula, materials, and how-to guides while coordinating with the VCF Transformation Readiness Team.

You will design training across end-to-end claims lifecycle processes, produce graphics for guides and content, and support rollout with cross-functional teams. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of training development experience for clients.
• Strong leadership to manage training teams and coordinate with the VCF Transformation Readiness Team.
• Experience with multiple training workstreams and ensuring on-time deliverables.
• Public Trust clearance eligibility and United States citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Review draft Training Plans and finalize them with the transformation readiness team.
• Design, develop, and deliver training using scenarios and system screenshots.
• Co-deliver substantive training for VCF staff on end-to-end claims lifecycle processes.
• Create user-friendly graphics and communication media for guides, website content, and other materials.
• Support staff during rollout of transformed claim review and operational processes with the readiness team.
• Develop myVCF system training using materials from the System Integrator.
• Prepare and submit communications and training materials for approval and revisions.
