Job summary

At Home is seeking a Manager, Field Training to lead store-level training strategy and the development of a dispersed Field Trainer team. You will translate business priorities into practical learning solutions supporting onboarding, leadership development, and operational excellence.

You will drive adoption of training initiatives using data and feedback to improve store execution, customer experience, and overall performance. Remote-friendly hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development or related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in training, learning and development, or related fields.
• Experience leading multi-unit retail training or dispersed workforce.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute field training strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead and develop a team of Field Trainers with clear expectations and accountability.
• Oversee design, development, and delivery of scalable training programs for onboarding and ongoing development.
• Institute governance and documentation for materials, attendance, and assessments.
• Provide timely reporting and actionable insights on training participation and impact.
