Job summary

The State Accounting Office is seeking a Sr. Training & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for both in-person and virtual sessions. You will develop scalable instructor-led and eLearning content, ensuring alignment with learning outcomes and organizational standards.

You will partner with stakeholders to identify needs, deliver training, and monitor outcomes using analytics and feedback, while supporting LMS functions and learning technology.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent education and experience required.
• Instructor led training experience of 5–10 years is preferred.
• Authoring eLearning with Articulate Storyline (3–5 years) encouraged.
• Working knowledge of the ADDIE methodology.
• Workday Learning training development, delivery and training tenant support knowledge.
• Financial accounting background preferred.
• Learning Management System Administration GA@WORK experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person and virtual training aligned with adult learning principles.
• Develop instructor-led and eLearning content and materials for multiple modalities using Articulate Storyline.
• Lead eLearning analysis, storyboarding, scripting, design, QA, accessibility, publishing, and maintenance.
• Coordinate training schedules, facilitators, data staging, materials, logistics, and act as Producer for instructors.
