Job summary

Associa is seeking a Learning Delivery Specialist, Accounting to support the Learning and Development Team and branches implementing new systems. You will design and facilitate training for Branch Office Client Management, Customer Service, and Accounting, and contribute to live and online content and learner engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in training design and delivery.
• Polished public speaking and webinar hosting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Associa Systems such as C3, TownSq, Strongroom, Branch Access.

Responsibilities

• Design content and training materials for classroom, web, and online learning.
• Develop assessment tools to evaluate training impact.
• Collaborate with leadership to create training products and tools.
• Maintain and catalog training documents.
• Develop curriculum for Train the Trainer sessions for new Learning Specialists and Branch Trainers.
• Moderate travel up to 25%.
