Job summary

IMA Financial Group seeks a Senior Training and Development Specialist to lead our training, development and coaching program for new hires and service teams. You will design and deliver programs to maximize client service quality, compliance, and operational efficiency while articulating department standards.

The role requires instructional design expertise, metrics-driven analysis, and the ability to work across virtual and in-person settings with some travel within our service area.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years training, development and facilitation experience.
• Experience preparing training materials in various formats.
• Active Property & Casualty License within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead training, development and coaching for new hires and service team members.
• Track new hire training progress and performance in key areas.
• Develop and analyze metrics to assess training effectiveness and impact.
• Deliver in-person training in the service area as needed, with remote work as appropriate.
