Job summary

The role offers remote work with essential travel to deliver in-person training within the service area. The position requires instructional design expertise, ability to measure training impact through metrics, and experience in the Property & Casualty insurance field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years training, development and facilitation experience.
• Experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance Industry is required.
• Fluency with instructional design principles and their practical application.
• Ability to prepare training materials in multiple formats.
• Active Property & Casualty license within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead training, development and coaching program for new hires and service team members.
• Design, deliver and analyze training to maximize team potential and client service quality.
• Travel within the service area to deliver in-person training and team-building sessions.
