IMA Financial Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Training and Development Specialist for our Personal Lines division to lead training, development and coaching for new hires and service team members.

The role emphasizes compliance, client service quality, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has deep Property & Casualty experience, is proficient with agency management systems such as Applied Epic, and will be willing to travel within the service area to deliver in-person training and

Competenze

• Three to five years of training, development and facilitation experience.
• Active Property & Casualty license within 90 days.
• Experience preparing training materials in multiple instructional formats.
• Deep technical experience in the Property and Casualty industry.
• Willingness to travel within service area for in-person training.

Mansioni

• Lead the training, development and coaching program for new hires and service team members.
• Track new hire training progress and monitor performance.
• Provide coaching in areas requiring additional focus toward success.
