Qualifications

• Deep technical experience in the Property & Casualty industry is required, with Applied Epic experience a plus.
• Active Property & Casualty license required within 90 days of hire.
• 3–5 years of training, development and facilitation experience, including creating training materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the training, development and coaching program for new hires and service team members.
• Track training progress and measure effectiveness using metrics.
• Deliver in-person training as needed and collaborate across virtual and in-person settings.
