Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop plans for innovative training designs to improve effectiveness.
• Plan, develop, and deliver training programs using diverse methods (classroom, e‑learning, on‑the‑job).
• Supervise needs assessments and evaluate instructor performance for improvements.
• Collaborate with internal communications to enhance employee messaging.
• Lead cross‑department project teams to enhance training products/services.
• Provide guidance on planning and managing programs and systems for learning solutions.
• Mentor and develop team members; address conflicts and provide feedback.
• Identify operational gaps and implement changes to improve performance.
