Job summary

The Arizona Supreme Court seeks a Training Program Developer to lead curriculum and educational program development for CASA staff and volunteers within the Dependent Children's Services Division. You will collaborate with 15 local CASA programs and National CASA, creating curricula for in-person and computer-based training.

Remote work may be available after three months, with emphasis on meeting performance targets. PSLF-eligible employer. Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in training required.

Qualifications

• This position requires a bachelor’s degree in education, communication, public administration or a social services related field and at least three years’ experience in-classroom training and curriculum development.
• Advanced knowledge of curriculum and educational program development for adult learners and the ability to teach those concepts to committees and faculty.
• Experience in development, delivery and evaluation of education programs (conferences, trainings, workshops, and alternative delivery methods).
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, plus strong oral and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• This position develops the training program for the CASA of Arizona program within the Dependent Children's Services Division of the Supreme Court.
• It coordinates educational programs for CASA staff and volunteers across formats including computer-based training and classroom curriculum development.
• Expected to create, deliver and evaluate education programs in alignment with department needs.
