Job summary

The Arizona Supreme Court seeks a training program developer for the CASA program within the Dependent Children's Services Division. You will collaborate with 15 local CASA programs and National CASA to design curricula and coordinate education for staff and volunteers in any format, including computer-based training.

Remote work may be available after three months, with opportunities to lead conferences, workshops, and other educational initiatives while maintaining high performance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Public Administration or Social Services related field and 3+ years in classroom training.
• Advanced knowledge of curriculum development for adult learners and ability to teach committees and faculty.
• Experience in development, delivery and evaluation of education programs (conferences, trainings, workshops).
• Excellent facilitation, oral and written communication, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop training program for CASA program within Dependent Children's Services Division.
• Coordinate curricula with 15 local CASA programs and National CASA Association.
• Create computer-based training and curricula for classroom and other delivery methods.
• Facilitate and present programs; manage multiple projects with professional judgment.
