You will work with 15 local CASA programs and National CASA to design curriculum and coordinate education for CASA staff and volunteers across formats, including computer-based training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, communication, public administration, or social services-related field.
• Three years’ experience in-classroom training and curriculum development.
• Advanced knowledge of curriculum and educational program development for adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate CASA training curriculum across 15 local CASA programs and National CASA Association.
• Create computer-based training and diverse delivery formats (classroom, workshops, conferences).
• Coordinate educational programs for CASA staff and volunteers and evaluate learning outcomes.
