Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Professional certifications in instructional design, learning and development, project management or related disciplines preferred.
• Direct service experience in case management is preferred.
• At least three years of content development experience.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training content for human services professionals or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced learning solutions.
• Conduct learning needs assessments and performance analyses to identify gaps and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to translate complex concepts into engaging content.
• Develop curricula, facilitator guides, participant materials, assessments, and job aids.
• Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to ensure learner-centered solutions.
• Manage the full instructional design lifecycle from analysis to evaluation.
• Review and revise training materials for quality and accessibility.
• Facilitate pilot testing, collect feedback, and improve learning products.
