United Petroleum Transports Inc. is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer & Learning Consultant to drive organizational development initiatives.

This on-site role at the corporate office in Oklahoma City requires partnering with drivers, dispatchers, and leaders to diagnose needs, design solutions, and implement learning across safety, operations, and onboarding. You will manage multiple projects, recommend non-training solutions when appropriate, and work with a growing OD team to establish

Qualifications

• Three plus years of progressive instructional design experience end to end.
• Demonstrated capability in performance consulting and solving real problems before proposing training.
• Structured design methodology and experience with multiple modalities.
• Accessibility-aware design (ADA/WCAG) and strong writing/detail orientation.
• Experience collaborating with SMEs, leaders, and end users; strong project management.
• Familiarity with modern authoring tools and LMS; AI-enabled solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end to end across safety, compliance, operations, onboarding and leadership development.
• Consult across the organization to uncover real problems and recommend effective solutions.
• Design and develop eLearning, video, instructor-led, job aids, and performance support.
• Ensure accessibility, accuracy, and professional quality of learning materials.
• Measure impact and iterate based on results and business feedback.
• Collaborate with SMEs and leaders; facilitate sessions and design reviews.
• Help build templates, standards, and practices for a growing OD function.
