Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Consultant in Health Training Solutions to help federal health clients transform care delivery and operations. You will work with stakeholders to deliver training and performance-support solutions that enable adoption, proficiency, and operational excellence across Oracle Health EHR workflows.

You will develop materials, coordinate instructor-led and virtual sessions, and drive learning outcomes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years delivering training, workshops, or end-user support
• Experience with Oracle Health EHR (Cerner) and end-user adoption
• Ability to translate clinical/operational processes into learning content
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
• Experience with federal government programs or healthcare organizations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, FAQs, and user-facing resources
• Coordinate and deliver end-user training, including instructor-led and virtual sessions
• Assess learning needs, track adoption, and report improvements to stakeholders
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and program teams to update content
• Provide end-user support and coaching to ensure effective use of EHR workflows and tools
