Job summary

Oracle Health Consulting is seeking a Learning Consultant to deliver engaging training for federal clients during EHR modernization efforts. You will tailor instructor-led and digital sessions, addressing client questions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance learning outcomes.

The role requires 3–6 years in training, aBachelor’s degree in Learning and Development or related field, and willingness to travel up to 100% to client sites.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing training programs and assessments

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions for clients, delivering product knowledge and best practices
• Design and deliver training programs, including train-the-trainer sessions
• Conduct in-person and virtual training across diverse skill levels
• Support ongoing learning initiatives to keep the team updated
• Serve as primary client contact during training engagements and ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop training resources
• Analyze performance data and feedback to assess training effectiveness
