Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Consultant in Training Solutions within Health to transform care delivery and health care operations. You will work with federal health clients to drive workforce readiness, user adoption, and enterprise health IT optimization through targeted training and performance-support resources.

Responsibilities include developing training content, delivering instructor-led and virtual sessions, and coordinating end-user support across sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 3+ years delivering training, facilitating workshops, or end-user support in a business/operational/technical/healthcare environment.
• Experience with Oracle Health (Cerner) EHR including end-user support, workflow training, adoption, optimization, system implementation or related changes.
• Ability to translate complex clinical/operational/system processes into clear, practical learning content and user guidance.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, written and verbal communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting federal government programs or healthcare organizations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams).
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with clients, leadership, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of workflows, processes, systems, user populations, and training resources.
• Advise SMEs and stakeholders on content updates from workflow changes or system enhancements.
• Develop and maintain training materials, FAQs, job aids, and user-facing resources.
• Participate in meetings, communities of practice, and stakeholder forums.
• Coordinate site-specific end-user support and refresher-training requests.
• Collaborate with local site contacts and support teams for consistent delivery.
• Facilitate instructor-led classes, virtual sessions, office hours, demonstrations, and drop-in support.
• Deliver refresher training, coaching, job aids, microlearning, and other learning-support resources.
• Assess learning gaps and track training activities; provide updates to stakeholders.
• Support change-management and communications for new workflows and tools.
