Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, learning and development, business, or related field.
• Six or more years of relevant clinical, healthcare training, consulting, or EHR experience.
• Current professional clinical license, such as a Registered Nurse license, and hands-on clinical practice.
• Experience delivering EHR training and applying adult learning principles in healthcare settings.
• Experience coaching learners and supporting end-user adoption.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and written communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain government clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training for learners across roles and skill levels.
• Provide deployment, go-live, refresher, and sustainment training.
• Create and update job aids, guides, exercises, and learning resources as configurations change.
• Translate complex clinical workflows into practical training.
• Coach trainers and monitor training quality and consistency.
• Track training measures and report progress to project teams.
