Job summary

Credit Builders Alliance, Inc. is seeking a Training Institute Senior Specialist to advance our Training Institute through delivering training, technical assistance, and curriculum to credit building professionals.

You will lead signature trainings, cohorts, webinars, and support curriculum development. You will collaborate with nonprofit partners to expand impact, recruit organizations into funded programs, and translate technical credit information into practical learning for diverse

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and public speaking experience
• Experience in nonprofit financial capability or credit-related roles
• Highly organized with strong ownership of quality work
• Content development experience
• Strong writing skills
• Experience training or facilitating presentations in credit or finance-related topics
• Experience setting, achieving, and adapting goals based on needs
• Proficient with MS Office, Zoom, Teams
• Comfort with fast-paced environment and handling lots of information
• Commitment to helping community development and improving financial access for low-income individuals
• Leadership, integrity, analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead CBA’s credit trainings for practitioners serving consumers and small businesses
• Deliver virtual and occasional in-person training series for organizations working with small businesses and housing-related topics
• Provide individual credit building support for organizations’ programs
• Lead webinars including speaker recruitment, facilitation, and logistics
• Plan and lead grant and consulting cohorts for housing providers and credit professionals
• Recruit organizations into funded programs
• Gather program data, measure outcomes, and write impact reports for funders
• Present CBA’s mission and programs to partners and funders
• Prepare and edit grant and consulting proposals to secure funding
• Develop, refine, and update training content and materials
