Job summary

1st MidAmerica Credit Union is seeking a Senior Lending Training Specialist to design, coordinate, and deliver lending training programs for branch staff across locations. You will focus on lending systems (Meridianlink DL4), loan products, and regulatory requirements, ensuring staff proficiency and operational consistency.

You will also supervise licensing for credit life and A&H insurance, partner with external vendors like SWBC, and support Commercial Services with business account training.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with lending systems and regulatory requirements.
• Training or instructional experience in lending domain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver comprehensive lending training programs covering lending systems and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee licensing for credit life and A&H insurance; track renewals and maintain records.
• Coordinate vendor-delivered training with SWBC and manage post-training outcomes.
