Job summary

Credit Builders Alliance is seeking a Training Institute Senior Specialist to advance our Training Institute by delivering training, technical assistance, and curricula to credit building professionals. This role presents CBA’s signature credit trainings, leads cohorts, manages webinars, and supports curriculum development.

You will lead training series, manage cohorts, recruit organizations for funded programs, and contribute to impact reports for funders, with a focus on practical learning for

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and public speaking experience.
• Experience in nonprofit financial capability or credit-related role.
• Highly organized with ownership of quality work.
• Content development experience and strong writing skills.
• Experience training or facilitating credit or finance-related presentations.
• Ability to set, achieve, and adapt goals per emerging needs.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Zoom, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead signature credit trainings for practitioners serving consumers and small businesses.
• Deliver virtual and occasional in-person training series to support organizations.
• Provide individual credit building support for organizations’ credit programs.
• Lead CBA webinars including recruiting speakers and coordinating logistics.
• Plan and lead grant and consulting cohorts for housing providers and professionals.
• Recruit organizations into funded programs and gather program data.
• Write impact reports for funders and edit grant/consulting proposals.
• Develop and refresh training content and materials; turn technical info into practical learning.
