Job summary

Lendistry in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Senior Credit Administrator, Business Lending & Credit Training, to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Lendistry's credit training and competency framework across SBA, CORE and specialty lending programs.

You will partner with Credit, Training, Fulfillment, Servicing, Quality Control and Compliance teams to ensure training records, assessments, and attestations meet regulatory, audit and loan review standards, while shaping a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 7–10 years of experience in credit administration, underwriting, or portfolio management.
• Strong SBA and conventional lending knowledge; ability to interpret credit policy.
• Experience supervising staff and developing training programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain a formal credit training program across SBA, CORE, SSBCI, and other lending products.
• Develop a tiered curriculum and maintain version-controlled training content.
• Track training completion and coordinate updates for policy changes and regulatory developments.
• Collaborate with senior credit leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure underwriting quality and consistency.
