Job summary

Kearney & Company is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our team supporting one of the Federal government’s largest agencies. Duties include audit response, remediation, internal controls, and GAAP/SFFAS compliance.

The role requires a BA/BS, a minimum of 3 years training/curriculum experience, and the ability to be onsite 2–3 days a week at Quantico, VA or Alexandria, VA with up to 25% travel. You will draft standards and guides, perform data analysis, and clearly communicate progress to the Team

Qualifications

• BA/BS/BBA degree from an accredited college/university.
• Minimum 3 years of training/curriculum experience.
• Ability to be onsite 2-3 days a week between Quantico, VA or Alexandria, VA.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Must have an active Interim Secret Clearance (or higher, such as Secret, Top Secret or TS/SCI) to be considered for this role (requires U.S. citizenship).

Responsibilities

• Supporting a DOW entity for audit response, audit remediation, internal controls, financial processes, and/or accounting in accordance with GAAP, SFFAS, and/or relevant Treasury/OMB policies.
• Executing the day-to-day research, analysis, and communication at the direction of the Kearney & Company Team Lead.
• Utilizing data analysis technology to analyze information.
• Drafting/updating communication artifacts (e.g., SOPs, Desktop Guides, whitepapers).
• Demonstrating strong customer service skills and the ability to work in high-pressure situations with short deadlines.
• Communicating status of project-related tasks to Team Lead
