Job summary

Kearney & Company, P.C. is seeking a Senior Analyst to support one of the Federal government’s largest agencies. The role covers audit response, internal controls, and financial processes in line with GAAP/SFFAS and related policies.

The role requires onsite presence 2–3 days weekly in the Quantico, VA or Alexandria, VA area, up to 25% travel, and an active Interim Secret Clearance (or higher). Strong writing and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS/BBA degree from an accredited college/university.
• Minimum 3 years of financial management experience.
• Ability to be onsite 2-3 days a week between Quantico, VA or Alexandria, VA.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Must have an active Interim Secret Clearance (or higher) and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Supporting a DoW entity for audit response, audit remediation, internal controls, financial processes, and/or accounting in GAAP/SFFAS policies.
• Executing day-to-day research, analysis, and communication at the direction of the Kearney & Company Team Lead.
• Utilizing data analysis technology to analyze information.
• Drafting/updating communication artifacts (SOPs, Desktop Guides, whitepapers).
• Demonstrating strong customer service skills and the ability to work under short deadlines.
• Communicating status of project-related tasks to Team Lead.
