Job summary

Kearney & Company is seeking a Consultant to join our team supporting one of the Federal government’s largest agencies. You will assist with audit response, internal controls, GAAP/SFFAS compliance, and financial processes.

The role requires a BA/BS/BBA, at least 4 years of training experience, ability to be onsite 2-3 days weekly at Quantico, VA or Alexandria, VA, up to 25% travel, and an active Interim Secret clearance (US citizenship required).

Qualifications

• BA/BS/BBA degree from an accredited college/university.
• Minimum 4 years of training/curriculum experience.
• Onsite 2-3 days a week between Quantico, VA or Alexandria, VA.
• Travel up to 25%.
• Active Interim Secret Clearance (or higher) to be considered (US citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• Support a DOW entity for audit response, remediation, internal controls and GAAP/SFFAS alignment.
• Execute day-to-day research, analysis, and communications for the Team Lead.
• Utilize data analysis technology to analyze information.
• Draft/update communication artifacts (SOPs, Desktop Guides, whitepapers).
• Demonstrate strong customer service and manage high-pressure deadlines.
• Communicate status of tasks to Team Lead.
