Job summary

Kearney & Company is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our team supporting one of the Federal government’s largest agencies. This role focuses on audit readiness, internal controls, and financial processes, with responsibilities spanning research, data analysis, and written communications.

Ideal candidates have a BA/BS/BBA and at least three years of training or curriculum experience, with the ability to be onsite in the Quantico or Alexandria area and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• BA/BS/BBA degree from an accredited college/university.
• Minimum 3 years of training/curriculum experience.
• Ability to be onsite 2-3 days a week between Quantico, VA or Alexandria, VA.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Must have an active Interim Secret Clearance (or higher) to be considered for this role (requires U.S. citizenship).

Responsibilities

• Support a DOW entity for audit response, audit remediation, internal controls, financial processes, and/or accounting in accordance with GAAP/SFFAS/OMB policies.
• Execute the day-to-day research, analysis, and communication at the direction of the Team Lead.
• Utilize data analysis technology to analyze information.
• Draft/update communication artifacts (SOPs, Desktop Guides, whitepapers).
• Communicate status of project-related tasks to Team Lead.
