Job summary

Power Factors is seeking a Senior Trainer to join the Learning Services team in Boston. The role focuses on delivering high-quality training for our Unity REMS platforms, including asset performance management and SCADA/EMS, across global customers in a hybrid setup.

You will develop materials, deliver sessions virtually and on-site, and partner with Product, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Support to ensure training reflects current capabilities and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role, including at least 2–3 years delivering training or enablement.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Experience engaging operators, engineers, analysts, or technical users.
• Ability to design training for different learner personas across PV, wind, and BESS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training on APM and SCADA/EMS platforms to customers (live virtual and on-site).
• Design training tailored to learner personas and asset mix.
• Coordinate onboarding sessions with Technical Project Managers and manage cross-time-zone scheduling.
• Develop learning materials (Unity University guides, eLearning modules, video walkthroughs).
• Collaborate with Product, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Support to reflect current functionality.
• Gather feedback and drive improvements to training quality and effectiveness.
• Apply AI-assisted workflows to content drafting and localization while validating for accuracy.
• Stay current on renewable energy and asset management trends.
